Stock Availibity

Ultra Sound & Vision is an online store as well as a brick and mortar store. We keep a lot of the products we offer online. We also have store rooms to store the other products we offer. But even these store rooms aren’t big enough to fit all the products we offer on our website so in order for us to keep offering you a diversity of goods we keep a lot of the products you see online by our suppliers. This is advantageous for many reasons but the main reason is that it reduces storage costs on our side which in turn enables us to keep the prices low on your side.

Another thing about stock availability is that because we have so many products we have that many products to keep track of. Managing stock is fairly easy but our suppliers have to deal with other clients other than us so this makes it hard for them to give totally accurate accounts of their stock on hand. When they hand us their stock lists we adjust our stock accordingly but do note that the stock lists they send on any day may not be the same on the next day as puchases are always being made. We do our best to keep as updated as possible so do bear with us if and when you make an order and we find out that our stock reserve has been recently depleted. We know it is an inconvenience but we try our best to avoid these.

If you have made a purchase and the particular colour or item is not available. We will contact you immediately to refund you in full, as soon as the money reflects on our side. 

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and delivery confirmed by way of booking number/tracking number. If delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working - resulting in the shipment been returned to Ultra Sound & Vision - the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non delivery.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Ultra Sound & Vision is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Ultra Sound & Vision will refund the client in full within 5 days.  Cancellation of corporate orders by the client will attract an administration fee. 

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Free shipping will not apply.

Ultra Sound & Vision shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted

Ultra Sound & Vision uses the PayU Payment Gateway. PayU processes nearly 65% of the total e-commerce market in S.A. Trusted and used by some of the largest sites - some examples are: DSTV Box Office, Groupon, Fly Mango, 1 Time, Fly SAA, Netflorist, Kalahari, Nu Metro, Pick n Pay, Virgin Atlantic.

On checkout you will be directed to the secure PayU website for payment.

PayU offers 3D secure which is a technical standard created by Visa and MasterCard for further online transactions.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, PayU or by bank transfer into the Ultra Sound & Vision bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Ultra Sound & Vision by PayU Payment Solutions (Pty) Ltd. who are the approved 3D Secure payment gateway for FNB.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Ultra Sound & Vision separately from card details which are entered by the client on Ultra Sound & Vision website.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility

Ultra Sound & Vision takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Ultra Sound & Vision chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

Ultra Sound & Vision may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
