Ultra Sound & Vision offers an awesome FREE delivery service within South Africa utilising our very own delivery vehicles as well as reputable couriers.
Ultra Sound & Vision aim to have your order shipped within 3-7 working days for orders within South Africa. If, in the unlikely event that the stock is not available on site or in our storage facility, we will notify you immediately and advise you of the revised ETA.
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working - resulting in the shipment been returned to Ultra Sound & Vision - the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non-delivery.
Ultra Sound & Vision is an online store as well as a brick and mortar store. We keep a lot of the products we offer online. We also have store rooms to store the other products we offer. But even these store rooms aren’t big enough to fit all the products we offer on our website so in order for us to keep offering you a diversity of goods we keep a lot of the products you see online by our suppliers. This is advantageous for many reasons but the main reason is that it reduces storage costs on our side which in turn enables us to keep the prices low on your side.
Another thing about stock availability is that because we have so many products we have that many products to keep track of. Managing stock is fairly easy but our suppliers have to deal with other clients other than us so this makes it hard for them to give totally accurate accounts of their stock on hand. When they hand us their stock lists we adjust our stock accordingly but do note that the stock lists they send on any day may not be the same on the next day as purchases are always being made. We do our best to keep as updated as possible so do bear with us if and when you make an order and we find out that our stock reserve has been recently depleted. We know it is an inconvenience but we try our best to avoid these.
It’s safer to find out from us first before you order if you want to be sure.
If you have made a purchase and the particular colour or item is not available. We will contact you immediately to refund you in full, as soon as the money reflects on our side.
We guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 5 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise, for a prompt refund or exchange
The only exception being:
- Special order, pre-owned, openbox and demo items which will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Any Items opened or used will incur a 20% handling fee.
Please note free shipping does not apply to returns.
After 5 days from date of purchase:
- Any items with physical damage will not be subject to a refund.
- for trade-ins a credit will be offered equal to the listing price of these on our site. Valuation will be influenced by and not limited to the following:
- availability of accessories
- availability of original packaging
- the repair history of the products
- physical state of the item
- whether the unit has been discontinued or not.
- Returns that were communicated within the 5 day period but shipped a few days later.
- items that were originally purchased form the preowned, openbox, and demo sections cannot be used in trade-ins or upgrades.
- Speaker Cables are not subject to refunds or returns. Kindly ensure that your cable order is the sufficient length for your needs with some slack.
