"During April 2006 we started with the design of our new home. As we have decided to install speakers throughout the house linked to a proper entertainment centre, we involved Ultra Sound & Vision from the beginning as the house was designed a three storey house and the speaker boxes would be cast into the first two concrete slabs to be poured. Also all conduits for the speaker wiring had to be provided throughout the house. The project took two years to complete and Ultra Sound & Vision pulled all the speaker wiring through the conduits in 2006. The speakers and entertainment centre could only be installed in May/June 2008. Even though this was a stretched out project, Ultra Sound & Vision kept contact and made sure that they followed progress of the project and ensured conformance to their design requirements. The entertainment centre project was finally completed early June 2008 and we are extremely satisfied with the result. The sound is magnificent, the picture on the big screen perfect and the functionality of the system throughout the house outstanding. The after sales service of Ultra Sound & Vision is also amazing. If a technical problem can not be resolved over the phone, then the technicians would arrive within 24 hours. The Ultra Sound and Vision experience was really a memorable event and should we ever want an upgrade or a new installation we will only contact Ultra Sound & Vision.
