AudioQuest PowerQuest 303 — 12-Outlet Power Conditioner & Non-Sacrificial Surge Protector
The AudioQuest PowerQuest 303 is a high-performance power conditioner featuring 12 AC outlets, advanced linear noise-dissipation, and non-sacrificial surge protection — engineered to let your audio and video system perform at its absolute best.
Advanced Power Filtration for Enhanced Sound and Picture
Engineered with differential-mode linear noise-dissipation across 30kHz–1GHz (more than −22dB), the PowerQuest 303 removes significantly more noise and distortion than typical power conditioners, delivering blacker backgrounds and more detailed, dynamic sound.
High-Performance Detachable Power Cable
The included 2m PQ-415 detachable power cable uses AudioQuest's Semi-Solid Long-Grain Copper conductors — strands packed tightly and never changing position within the bundle, significantly reducing strand-interaction distortion. Direction-Controlled Conductors ensure induced noise is dissipated away from your system's vulnerable circuitry.
Non-Sacrificial Surge Protection Built to Last
Unlike conventional surge protectors that degrade with each strike, the PowerQuest 303's non-sacrificial design withstands multiple surges of up to 6,000V / 3,000A — the maximum that can pass through a building's AC panel — without wearing out. The Extreme Voltage Shutdown feature disengages the main power relay in under 0.25 seconds at 140VAC and automatically resets once power returns to a safe level.
Purpose-Built Outlets for Every Component
- 4 High-Current Outlets — Optimised for power amplifiers, AV receivers, soundbars, and subwoofers
- 8 Linear-Filtered Outlets — Ideal for source components, streamers, DACs, computers, modems, and routers
Rack-Mountable, Space-Saving Design
The PowerQuest 303 ships with 2RU rack ears for clean rack integration, and its flat-to-wall plug aids installations in tight spaces.

Caring for your Speakers and Amplifiers
To Keep your equipment safe these are some best practices to note. Please be advised that this is only to reduce the risk of misuse and is not an exhaustive list.
Speakers
- Speaker terminals are marked red and black, ensure your amplifier to the speakers are wired on the same colours
- Ensure no loose speaker wire from the red touches a loose wire from the black as this will lead to a short circuit and damage either the speaker, the amplifier or both.
- Not all speakers are designed to play at max volume, kindly consider the pairing of your amplifier and speakers
- Speaker cabinets cannot be replaced please handle with care.
AV & Stereo Amplifiers
- If your amplifier has HDMI ports, ensure all devices are off before plugging in the HDMI cable
- Turn off the amplifier before swoping out or adding speaker cable
- Amplifiers generate heat, place them in a well ventilated space. if possible avoid having anything on top of the unit.
- adding a surge protector can assist with power dips which are likely to damage your devices. Isotek and Furman are industry standard.
- Dusty environments can sometimes lead to accumulation of dust in the electronic components that might affect heat regulation
Shipping & Returns
- Free shipping on orders over R500 within the country.
- Standard delivery within 2–5 business days. Delays will be communicated. This might vary slightly depending on your location.
