Description
Six independent outlets from a central clean power network
IsoTek states that the V5 Polaris offers nine times more Differential Mode filtering than before, with a 60% improvement in Direct Current Resistance and doubled protection. Its delta filter topology gives more than 20dB of power cleaning at 1kHz (reference 600Ohms), improving to 42dB at 10kHz, for both Common Mode (RFI) and Differential Mode noise. Each of the six outlets is independently isolated and references back to a silver-plated central PCB with twice the standard copper loading, KERP ensures equal resistance to all outlets, and internal wiring uses silver-plated 6n oxygen-free copper strands with an FEP dielectric.
Power enters through a 10A IEC C14 inlet (100-240V / 50-60Hz), delivering up to 2'300W at 230V. Instantaneous protection is rated at 45'000A, and a System Link outlet allows multiple IsoTek units to be connected while maintaining a star earth reference. The V5 Polaris is delivered with IsoTek's EVO3 Initium power cable (1.5m) and includes a wall hanging bracket system. UK, EU, US, AU and CH outlet versions are offered.

Caring for your Speakers and Amplifiers
To Keep your equipment safe these are some best practices to note. Please be advised that this is only to reduce the risk of misuse and is not an exhaustive list.
Speakers
- Speaker terminals are marked red and black, ensure your amplifier to the speakers are wired on the same colours
- Ensure no loose speaker wire from the red touches a loose wire from the black as this will lead to a short circuit and damage either the speaker, the amplifier or both.
- Not all speakers are designed to play at max volume, kindly consider the pairing of your amplifier and speakers
- Speaker cabinets cannot be replaced please handle with care.
AV & Stereo Amplifiers
- If your amplifier has HDMI ports, ensure all devices are off before plugging in the HDMI cable
- Turn off the amplifier before swoping out or adding speaker cable
- Amplifiers generate heat, place them in a well ventilated space. if possible avoid having anything on top of the unit.
- adding a surge protector can assist with power dips which are likely to damage your devices. Isotek and Furman are industry standard.
- Dusty environments can sometimes lead to accumulation of dust in the electronic components that might affect heat regulation
